Many gamblers were detained for questioning and 20 suspects arrested in Israel Police's "Operation Baywatch" - a raid on casino ships in Eilat.
Key suspects were taken in for questioning on suspicion of owning and operating the casino ships. 265 gambling machines were seized, and 32 gamblers, 65 dealers, and other employees were detained. The gamblers and dealers were sent to the Eilat Police Station late last night for questioning, after which 17 suspects were arrested.
