BSR, Ariel Properties sell Tel Aviv building

BSR Europe also cancelled a land purchase in Cyprus.

Sources inform ''Globes'' that BSR Engineering and Development Ltd. (TASE:BSRE) and Ariel Properties Ltd. have sold their share in the commercial floor of the 13,000-square meter Hakikar Building in the Ramat Hahayal high-tech park in Tel Aviv for NIS 9.5 million. The building's six office floors are leased to "Kalkalist", the economics supplement of Hebrew daily "Yediot Ahronot", law firms, and high-tech companies.

The 850-square meter commercial floor was sold to a businessman who already owned a third of it.

In a separate development, BSR Engineering subsidiary BSR Europe Ltd. (TASE:BSR) announced that it was cancelling an option to buy land in downtown Nicosia, Cyprus, for €28.5 million. As a consequence, the company's agreement with its partners to the land is also cancelled.
