The IT firm is setting up a CRM system for Avis's Ukraine branch.
Alternative IT Experts Ltd. has installed the first stage a customer relations management (CRM) system for Avis Ukraine in a deal worth €500,000. Avis Ukraine is owned by Dan Vehicle and Transportation Ltd. (Avis Israel) (TASE: DVT) and Kardan NV (TASE: KRNV;AEX:KARD).
Avis Ukraine decided to apply the work procedures used by Avis Israel. A joint Alternative IT and Avis Ukraine team is using MSCRM and CTI technology for the project, which will organize all Avis Ukraine's business around the customer.
Alternative IT will apply its IT Business Alignment and project management methodologies, which were adapted to Avis Ukraine's specifications. Alternative IT has completed the first stage of the project, which was a customer service center, and is due to complete the project by year-end.
