Sources inform ''Globes'' that employees at Oil Refineries Ltd. (TASE:ORL) recently received an average bonus of NIS 28,500 per employee on the company's 2007 profits. The company, controlled by Israel Corp. (TASE: ILCO) and Israel Petrochemical Enterprises Ltd. (TASE:PTCH), has 800-900 employees.
Employees at Paz Ashdod Refinery Ltd., owned by Paz Oil Company Ltd. (TASE:PZOL), received bonuses of between NIS 20,000 and NIS 25,000, or about 1.5 monthly salaries. The refinery has 300 employees.
