Optibase delays earnings report following CFO car accident

Amir Phillips was named CFO in May.

Digital video solutions provider Optibase Ltd. (Nasdaq: OBAS) today announced a postponement in the publication of its earnings report and conference call.

The Herzeliya based company is run by chairman and acting CEO Tom Wyler and has clients ranging from ISP's, broadcasting organizations and content creators. The reason for the delay is the involvement of the company's CFO Amir Phillips in car accident. In the company announcement it was written that Pillips' injuries were not severe, however he did have to be briefly hospitalized. Phillips was named CFO in May.

Optibase did not announce a new date for the publication of the reports however the company intends to do so quickly.

The company was recently dual listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) in addition to Nasdaq, and has a market cap of $47 million.
