Nanette Real Estate Group NV (AIM:NAT; TASE:NANT.B1) has finalized the purchase of a 45,000-square meter lot in the affluent Zagreb, Croatia suburb of Laniste. Nanette plans to build 90,000- square meter residential project with 1,300 apartments on the site at a cost of €98 million. The company projects €130 million in sales.
