Global Trade Centre Real Estate NV (TASE:GTC) subsidiary Global Trade Centre Poland SA (WSE:GTC) (GTC Poland) has sold a wholly owned Romanian subsidiary SC Complexul Multifunctional Victoria Srl for €120.3 million. SC Complexul owns the America House office building in Bucharest. GTC did not disclose the name of the buyer.
The sale is subject to due diligence.
GTC owns 46.13% of GTC Poland. GTC is a subsidiary of Kardan NV (TASE: KRNV;AEX:KARD).
