The unemployment rate remained unchanged at 7.6% of the civilian labor force in February 2007, amounting to 216,200 persons, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported today. The unemployment rate was 7.7% during the fourth quarter of 2006.
The unemployment rate has been falling steadily since mid-2003.
