Kamor buys half of German building for €19.5m

The building in Bensheim generates €1.2 million in rent a year.

Kamor Ltd. (TASE: KMOR) subsidiary Kamor Europe Ltd., in which it owns a 50% stake, has bought an office building in Bensheim, in western Germany for €19.5 million (NIS 108 million). The building is leased to Sirona Dental Systems in an 18-year lease that generates €1.2 million (NIS 6.6 million) a year in rent.

Kamor Europe obtained a non-recourse €16.6 million loan at 5.35% fixed interest from a German bank to finance the purchase.
