Gasoline prices to go up 5% tomorrow

Lead-free 95 octane gas will cost NIS 5.47 per liter for self-service.

Gasoline prices will go up 5% tomorrow, March 1. The Fuel Administration at the Ministry of National Infrastructures has announced that the price for lead-free 95 octane gas will by 5.19% to NIS 5.47 per liter (self-service) and will be NIS 5.59 per liter for full service. The price for 96 octane gas will rise 5.18% to NIS 5.60 per liter from NIS 5.48.

Fuel prices are updated on the first of each month according to a formula that considers the price of fuel in the eastern Mediterranean basin over the last five days of each month. February gas prices were cut 4% because of falling global oil prices.
